At Inkjets, we stand behind the quality of our printing supplies with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 365 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or live chat with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Safely place the unused cartridges in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement cartridges within 3-5 business days.
